Registration and Participation
For registration of participation in the exhibition please follow:
- Discuss and submit with the Organizers of the exhibition area, type and location of the planned exhibition booth. Floor Plan is here
- Download and read the Application - Contract on participation. Form is here
- Fill out the Contract for participation in the exhibition, sign it with an authorized person of the company, stamp and send it to the Organizer by fax or e-mail
- Download an Exhibitor Manual, is here.
- Complete all necessary forms in digital format
- Send the contract and form to the Office of the organization of exhibitions Russia Exhibition Centre by fax +7 495 981 92 51 or E-mail:
- Based on the send an application is reserving exhibition space.
Based on the submitted application forms and the Exhibitor’s Manual Management organization of exhibitions GAO VVC an invoice for payment.

Please download and fill out the Catalogue Entry Form and send it back to the organizers no later than the deadline. Form is here
Your company description should be placed on English and Russian languages, of up to 500 characters in each language.
Attention! Catalogue entry for the participants is included in the registration fee. The information for the catalogue should be provided no later the deadline.
Advertisements in the official catalogue
To place advertisiements in the official catalogue please provide us materials in the following formats:
- Requirements for the module: (The requirement for advertising module in the catalog)
- The trim size H=245 mm , W=170 mm (+ 5 mm bleed for each side).
- EPS/TIFF formats.
- All fonts in curves.
- Full size with a resolution of 300 dots per inch

Registration of exhibitors
Exhibitor Registration will be Nov. 21 at the stand "Registration".
Attention!
Exhibitor must provide at registration documents:
- copy of payment
- 2 copies. Application-contract (the original) signed and sealed by the Exhibitor and the original completed and signed forms from the Handbook exhibitor
- Power of Attorney to sign the "Act of the services rendered, or two copies of the Act provided services, completed, signed and certified by the Exhibitor, the shape of the Act can be found here
Passage in the pavilion and on the exposition in the assembly / disassembly / exhibition for exhibitors is carried out only by the badges.
Exhibitors will have the badges in the rate of 2 badges for one registration fee and an additional one free badge for every 4 sq ft of exhibition space.

The order of entry / exit on the territory of GAO VVC.
Vehicle entrances to the territory of GAO VVC is paid.
Entry to the Exhibition Center during the installation of the exhibition (November 21) and export (25, 26 November), the exhibits included in the cost of exhibition space.
The participants of this forum have the right to free delivery / removal of exhibits in the above terms.
